Cyfyngiadau pysgota

6.—(1) At ddibenion adran 1(3) o'r Ddeddf, isafswm maint cragen fylchog y gellir ei chario gan gwch pysgota Prydeinig yn nyfroedd Cymru yw 110mm.

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), ni chaiff unrhyw berson bysgota, cymryd neu ladd cregyn bylchog yn Nyfroedd Cymru yn ystod y cyfnod 1 Mehefin i 31 Hydref gan gynnwys y dyddiadau hynny, ym mhob blwyddyn, drwy unrhyw gyfrwng gan gynnwys plymio.

(3) Mewn perthynas â'r flwyddyn galendr 2005, mae'r cyfnod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff 2 i gychwyn ar 30 Mehefin.
