Hysbysiadau

14.  Rhaid rhoi unrhyw wybodaeth y mae'n ofynnol ei rhoi, neu unrhyw hysbysiad y mae'n ofynnol ei roi, o dan reoliadau 9, 10 a 13, yn ysgrifenedig —

(a)pan fydd y person yr aseswyd ei anghenion am wasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu yn oedolyn, i'r person hwnnw;

(b)pan fydd y person yr aseswyd ei anghenion am wasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu yn blentyn —

(i)i'r plentyn; a

(ii)ac eithrio pan ymddengys i'r awdurdod lleol ei bod yn amhriodol gwneud hynny, —

(aa)i'r person y mae asiantaeth fabwysiadu wedi penderfynu yn unol â rheoliad 34 o Reoliadau Asiantaethau Mabwysiadu (Cymru) y byddai'n rhiant mabwysiadol addas i'r plentyn;

(bb)i'r person y lleolwyd y plentyn gydag ef i'w fabwysiadu;

(cc)i'r person sydd wedi mabwysiadu'r plentyn; neu

os nad oes neb yn dod o dan benawdau (aa) i (cc) o'r is-baragraff hwn, y person sy'n bwriadu mabwysiadu'r plentyn.
