Gorfodi
9.—(1) Gweithredir a gorfodir rheoliad 6 gan yr awdurdod bwyd o fewn ei ardal.
(2) Wrth archwilio unrhyw golagen y bwriedir i bobl ei fwyta, caiff swyddog awdurdodedig o awdurdod bwyd y lleolwyd y fangre lle cafodd ei archwilio o fewn ei ardal, ardystio nad yw'r colagen o dan sylw wedi cael ei gynhyrchu, ei lapio, pacio, storio neu gludo yn unol â rheoliad 6.
(3) Os ardystir unrhyw golagen y bwriedir i bobl ei fwyta fel y crybwyllir ym mharagraff (2), caiff ei drin at ddibenion adran 9(1) o'r Ddeddf fel methiant i gydymffurfio â gofynion diogelwch bwyd.
