Condemnio bwyd

4.—(1) Os aed yn groes i unrhyw un o Erthyglau 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, 9.4, neu 9.5 mewn perthynas ag unrhyw fwyd—

(a)rhaid trin y bwyd hwnnw at ddibenion adran 9 o'r Ddeddf fel pe bai'n methu cydymffurfio â'r gofynion diogelwch bwyd; a

(b)os rhan o swp, lot neu o lwyth o fwyd o'r un dosbarth neu ddisgrifiad yw'r bwyd hwnnw, hyd nes y profir i'r gwrthwyneb, rhaid tybio bod y cyfan o'r bwyd sydd yn y swp hwnnw, yn y lot hwnnw neu yn y llwyth hwnnw'n methu cydymffurfio â'r gofynion hynny.

(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn mae “bwyd” yn cynnwys unrhyw gyddwysiad sylfaenol o fwg, ffracsiwn sylfaenol o dar neu gyflasyn mwg deilliedig.
