2.—(1) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn —

ystyr “darpariaeth Gymunedol benodedig” (“specified Community provision”) yw un o ddarpariaethau Rheoliad 2065/2003 a bennir yng ngholofn 1 ac a ddisgrifir yng ngholofn 2 o'r Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn;

ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990”;

ystyr “Rheoliad 2065/2003” (“Regulation 2065/2003”) yw Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 2065/2003 Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor ar gyflasynnau mwg a ddefnyddir neu y bwriedir eu defnyddio mewn bwydydd neu arnynt(1).

(2) Mae i ymadroddion eraill a ddefnyddir yn y Rheoliadau hyn ac yn Rheoliad 2065/2003 yr un ystyron yn y Rheoliadau hyn ag sydd iddynt yn Rheoliad 2065/2003 ac yn y Rheoliadau hyn mae unrhyw gyfeiriad at erthygl neu atodiad â Rhif yn gyfeiriad at yr erthygl neu'r atodiad â'r Rhif hwnnw yn Rheoliad 2065/2003.
