1.  Penderfyniad y Cyngor 79/542/EEC sy'n tynnu rhestr o drydydd gwledydd neu rannau o drydydd gwledydd, ac yn gosod amodau ynghylch iechyd anifeiliaid a iechyd y cyhoedd ac ynghylch ardystiadau milfeddygol ar gyfer mewnforio i'r Gymuned anifeiliaid byw penodol a'u cig ffres (OJ Rhif L146, 14.6.79, t. 15), fel y'i diwygiwyd gan y canlynol, ac fel y'i darllenir gyda hwy—

4.  Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 2003/858/EC sy'n gosod yr amodau ynghylch iechyd anifeiliaid a'r gofynion ynglyn ag ardystiadau ar gyfer mewnforio pysgod byw, eu hwyau a'u gametau sydd wedi'u bwriadu ar gyfer ffermio, a physgod byw sy'n tarddu o ddyframaethu a chynhyrchion y dyframaethu hwnnw sydd wedi'u bwriadu ar gyfer eu bwyta gan bobl (OJ L324, 11.12.2003, t.37.) fel y'i diwygiwyd gan y canlynol, ac fel y'i darllenir gyda hwy —
