Rheoliadau Anifeiliaid a Chynhyrchion Anifeiliaid (Mewnforio ac Allforio) (Cymru) 2005

6.  Yr eitemau y cyfeiriwyd atynt ym mharagraff 4(a) yw —

(a)cyflogau a ffioedd, ynghyd â thaliadau goramser a chyfraniadau cyflogwyr o ran yswiriant gwladol a blwydd-dal ymddeol —

(i)unrhyw berson sy'n ymwneud yn uniongyrchol â gweinyddu'r broses o gymeradwyo labordai;

(ii)unrhyw berson sy'n ymgymryd â rheoli neu weinyddu'r gwaith hwn; a

(iii)unrhyw arolygydd milfeddygol sy'n cynnal arolygiadau o labordai;

(b)recriwtio a hyfforddi'r staff y cyfeiriwyd atynt yn is-baragraff (a);

(c)treuliau teithio a mân dreuliau cysylltiedig a dynnwyd wrth weinyddu'r broses o gymeradwyo labordai (gan gynnwys cynnal arolygiadau), ac eithrio pan fyddant wedi'u tynnu gan berson sy'n mynd i'w weithle arferol.

(ch)llety, cyfarpar a gwasanaethau swyddfa i'r staff sy'n ymwneud â gweinyddu'r broses o gymeradwyo labordai, gan gynnwys dibrisiant celfi a chyfarpar swyddfa a chostau technoleg gwybodaeth a deunyddiau swyddfa;

(d)darparu dillad amddiffynnol a chyfarpar a ddefnyddiwyd i gynnal arolygiadau o sefydliadau, a golchi a smwddio'r dillad amddiffynnol hynny;

(dd)darparu samplau profi sicrwydd ansawdd, asesu'r canlyniadau a rhoi cyngor am y canlyniadau;

(e)darparu gwasanaethau cyflogres a phersonél mewn cysylltiad â chyflogi staff sy'n ymwneud â gweinyddu'r broses o gymeradwyo labordai; ac

(f)unrhyw fân dreuliau eraill a dynnwyd mewn cysylltiad â gweinyddu'r broses o gymeradwyo labordai.
