8.  Mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol —

(a)yn gorfod atal, dirymu neu adfer aelodaeth yn unol â Phennod IV o Atodiad II i'r Gyfarwyddeb (rhaid darllen cyfeiriadau at 'withdrawal' yn y Bennod honno fel cyfeiriadau at 'revocation' at ddibenion y paragraff hwn);

(b)yn cael atal neu ddirymu aelodaeth—

(i)os yw sefydliad yn torri unrhyw un o'r gofynion ynghylch cyfleusterau ym Mhennod II o Atodiad II i'r Gyfarwyddeb;

(ii)os yw'r gweithredydd neu'r sefydliad yn torri unrhyw un o'r gofynion ym mhwynt 1 o Bennod I o Atodiad II i'r Gyfarwyddeb;

(iii)os yw perchenogaeth neu reolaeth ar sefydliad yn newid; neu

(iv)os nad yw'r gweithredydd wedi talu'r ffi aelodaeth flynyddol.
