1.  Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 64/432/EEC ar broblemau iechyd sy'n effeithio ar fasnach ryng-Gymunedol mewn gwartheg a moch fel y'i disodlwyd gan yr Atodiad i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 97/12/EC (OJ Rhif L109, 25.4.97, t. 1), ac fel y'i diwygiwyd wedi hynny gan y canlynol —

(a)Rhaid i'r dystysgrif iechyd swyddogol sy'n mynd gyda phob gwarthegyn sy'n cael ei fewnforio i Gymru o Sbaen gynnwys y datganiad: “Live cattle in accordance with Commission Decision 90/208/EEC on contagious bovine pleuro-pneumonia”.

(b)Rhaid i'r dystysgrif iechyd swyddogol sy'n mynd gyda phob gwarthegyn sy'n cael ei fewnforio i Gymru o Bortiwgal gynnwys y datganiad “Live cattle in accordance with Commission Decision 91/52/EEC on contagious bovine pleuro-pneumonia”.

(c)Rhaid i'r dystysgrif iechyd swyddogol sy'n mynd gyda phob mochyn sy'n cael ei fewnforio i Gymru o unrhyw Aelod-wladwriaeth arall ac eithrio Awstria, y Weriniaeth Tsiec, Denmarc, y Ffindir, yr Almaen, Lwcsembwrg, Sweden a'r rhanbarthau hynny o Ffrainc a bennir mewn Penderfyniadau'r Comisiwn sy'n diwygio Penderfyniad 2001/618/EC gynnwys y datganiad: “Pigs in accordance with Commission Decision 2001/618/EC concerning Aujeszky’s disease(1)”.

(ch)Os digwydd i'r gwaharddiad ar allforio gwartheg o Gymru a osodwyd drwy Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 98/256/EC ar fesurau brys i amddiffyn yn erbyn Enseffalopathi Sbyngffurf Buchol (OJ Rhif L113, 15.4.98, t. 32) (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 2002/670/EC (OJ Rhif L228, 24.8.2002, t. 22) gael ei ddirymu er mwyn caniatáu i wartheg o Brydain Fawr gael eu hanfon i Aelod-wladwriaeth arall neu i drydedd wlad, rhaid i'r allforion hynny i'r gwledydd a restrir yn Atodiadau I a II o Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 2004/215/EC (OJ L67, 5.3.2004, t. 24) fodloni'r amodau ychwanegol sydd wedi'u nodi yn y Penderfyniad hwnnw.

(d)Yn unol â Phenderfyniad y Comisiwn 2003/514/EC ynghylch mesurau diogelu iechyd yn erbyn Clwy Affricanaidd y Moch yn Sardinia, yr Eidal (OJ Rhif L178, 17.7.2003, t. 28), gwaherddir mewnforio i Gymru o ranbarth Eidalaidd Sardinia anifeiliaid o deulu'r suidae.
