Cymeradwyo canolfannau a thimau at ddibenion Cyfarwyddeb 92/65/EEC a labordai at ddibenion Cyfarwyddeb 90/539/EEC

9.—(1) At ddibenion Erthyglau 5 a 13 o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/65/EEC, rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gymeradwyo unrhyw gorff, sefydliad neu ganolfan sydd wedi gwneud cais am gymeradwyaeth yn unol ag Erthygl 13 o'r Gyfarwyddeb honno ac sy'n cydymffurfio â gofynion Atodiad C i'r Gyfarwyddeb honno.

(2) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol atal, tynnu'n ôl neu adfer y gymeradwyaeth y cyfeiriwyd ati ym mharagraff (1) yn unol â phwynt 6 o Atodiad C i'r Gyfarwyddeb honno.

(3) At ddibenion Erthygl 11 o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/65/EEC, rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gymeradwyo unrhyw ganolfan casglu semen neu dîm casglu embryonau sydd wedi gwneud cais i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol am gymeradwyaeth yn unol ag Erthygl 11 o'r Gyfarwyddeb honno ac sy'n bodloni'r amodau sy'n gymwys iddi neu iddo o ran cymeradwyo a chyflawni ei dyletswyddau neu ei ddyletswyddau fel sy'n ofynnol o dan Erthygl 11 o'r Gyfarwyddeb honno ac Atodiad D iddi.

(4) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gymeradwyo labordai yn unol ag Atodlen 5 i'r Rheoliadau hyn at ddibenion cyflawni'r profion ar gyfer heintiadau Mycoplasma sy'n ofynnol o dan Bennod III o Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 90/539/EEC.

(5) Rhaid i'r profion ar gyfer heintiadau Salmonela sy'n ofynnol o dan Bennod III o Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 90/539/EEC gael eu cyflawni gan labordai a awdurdodwyd yn unol ag erthygl 2(1) o Orchymyn Heidiau Bridio a Deorfeydd Dofednod 1993(1).
