12. A chemist who is providing pharmaceutical services on 31 March 2005 by virtue of a particular entry on a pharmaceutical list when he provides pharmaceutical services pursuant to that entry, need not comply with the terms of service that are substituted into Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations by regulation 8, apart from Part 3, until 1 October 2005, provided that until that date he complies in addition with the terms of service as set out in Parts I and II of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations as they apply on 31 March 2005, apart from paragraph 4 of that Schedule.
