20. O ran mangre mewn ardal bleidleisio, bydd adran 65(6) o Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1988 (meddiant ar gyfer cyfarfodydd etholiad a pholau)(1) yn effeithiol megis petai —
(a)y cyfeiriad at gyfarfodydd cyhoeddus er hyrwyddo ymgeisyddiaeth rhywun mewn etholiad yn cynnwys cyfeiriad at gyfarfodydd cyhoeddus yn hyrwyddo canlyniad neilltuol yn y refferendwm; a
(b)y cyfeiriad at ddefnydd gan swyddog canlyniadau at y diben o gynnal y pôl mewn etholiad yn cynnwys cyfeiriad at ddefnydd gan rywun sy'n arfer swyddogaethau swyddog canlyniadau'n unol â rheoliad 11 at y diben o gynnal y pôl yn y refferendwm.
