Canlyniad refferendwm neu refferendwm pellach
14.—(1) Yn amodol ar reoliadau 16 a 17, os bydd mwyafrif y pleidleisiau a gaiff eu bwrw mewn refferendwm ac eithrio refferendwm pellach yn bleidleisiau “o blaid”, yna canlyniad y refferendwm at ddibenion rheoliad 23 (y camau gweithredu os cymeradwyir cynigion y refferendwm) o Reoliadau'r Deisebau a Chyfarwyddiadau neu, yn ôl y digwydd, ddarpariaethau cyffelyb o unrhyw reoliadau eraill neu orchymyn arall a wnaed dan unrhyw ddarpariaeth o Ran II o Ddeddf 2000, fydd cymeradwyo'r cynigion a oedd yn destun y refferendwm.
(2) Yn amodol ar reoliadau 16 a 17, os bydd mwyafrif y pleidleisiau a gaiff eu bwrw mewn refferendwm ac eithrio refferendwm pellach yn bleidleisiau “yn erbyn”, yna canlyniad y refferendwm at ddibenion rheoliad 24 (y camau gweithredu os gwrthodir cynigion y refferendwm) o Reoliadau'r Deisebau a Chyfarwyddiadau neu, yn ôl y digwydd, ddarpariaethau cyffelyb o unrhyw reoliadau eraill neu orchymyn arall a wnaed dan unrhyw ddarpariaeth o Ran II o Ddeddf 2000, fydd gwrthod y cynigion a oedd yn destun y refferendwm.
(3) Yn amodol ar reoliadau 16 a 17, os bydd mwyafrif y pleidleisiau a gaiff eu bwrw mewn refferendwm pellach yn bleidleisiau “o blaid”, yna canlyniad y refferendwm fydd cymeradwyo parhau â threfniadau gweithrediaeth bresennol yr awdurdod lleol.
(4) Yn amodol ar reoliadau 16 a 17, os bydd mwyafrif y pleidleisiau a gaiff eu bwrw mewn refferendwm pellach yn bleidleisiau “yn erbyn”, yna canlyniad y refferendwm fydd gwrthod parhau â threfniadau gweithred aeth presennol yr awdurdod lleol.
