Permission to appeal20
Where a party makes an application to a tribunal for permission to appeal to the Lands Tribunal —
a
the application shall be made to the tribunal within the period of 21 days starting with the date on which the document which records the reasons for the decision under regulation 18 was sent to that party; and
b
a copy of the application shall be served by the tribunal on every other party.
