Entry and Inspection by the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection and by the National Assembly for Wales
89. The contractor shall allow persons authorised by the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection and the National Assembly for Wales to enter and inspect the premises in accordance with section 66 and 73 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (rights of entry)(1).
