Cymhwyso amrywiol ddarpariaethau Rheoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid (Samplu a Dadansoddi) 1999

7.—(1) Mae darpariaethau Rheoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid (Samplu a Dadansoddi) 1999(1) a restrir ym mharagraff (2) yn gymwys at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn a Rheoliad 1829/2003 yn ddarostyngedig i'r addasiadau a nodir yn y paragraff hwnnw ac fel petai unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y darpariaethau hynny at “feeding stuff” yn gyfeiriad at “feed”.

(2) Y darpariaethau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (1) yw —

(a)rheoliad 3(a) (dull cymryd samplau a'u selio);

(b)rheoliad 4 (dull anfon samplau), sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at “subsection (1)(b) or (2) of section 77 of the Act” yn gyfeiriad at y Rheoliadau hyn a Rheoliad 1829/2003;

(c)rheoliad 5 (cymwysterau dadansoddydd amaethyddol), sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at “the prescribed qualifications for an agricultural analyst or a deputy agricultural analyst for the purposes of section 67(5) of the Act insofar as it relates to feeding stuffs” yn gyfeiriad at y cymwysterau y mae eu hangen ar berson sy'n dadansoddi bwyd anifeiliaid at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn a Rheoliad 1829/2003;

(ch)rheoliad 6(4) (dulliau dadansoddi), sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at “the Act” yn gyfeiriad at y Rheoliadau hyn a Rheoliad 1829/2003;

(d)rheoliad 7 (tystysgrif i'w defnyddio ar gyfer canlyniadau dadansoddiad), sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at “section 77(4) of the Act” yn gyfeiriad at adran 77(4) o'r Ddeddf fel y'i cymhwysir gan y Rheoliadau hyn;

(dd)rheoliad 8 (terfyn amser ar gyfer dadansoddi'r cynnwys olew mewn bwyd anifeiliaid) sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at sampl a gymerwyd “in the prescribed manner” yn gyfeiriad at sampl a gymerwyd yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn;

(e)Atodlen 1 (rheolau manwl ar gyfer samplu);

(f)Atodlen 3 (ffurf safonol ar dystysgrif i'w defnyddio ar gyfer canlyniadau dadansoddiad) sy'n gymwys fel petai'r cyfeiriad at “Part IV of the Agriculture Act 1970” yn gyfeiriad at Reoliadau Bwyd Anifeiliaid a Addaswyd yn Enetig (Cymru) 2004.
