Carbohydradau

2.  Rhaid i feintiau'r carbohydradau cyfan sy'n bresennol mewn suddau a neithdarau ffrwythau a llysiau, seigiau ffrwythau-yn-unig, a melysfwydydd neu bwdinau beidio â bod yn fwy na'r canlynol:

  • — 10 g / 100 ml ar gyfer suddau llysiau a diodydd sydd wedi'u seilio arnynt,

  • — 15 g / 100 ml ar gyfer suddau a neithdarau ffrwythau a diodydd sydd wedi'u seilio arnynt,

  • — 20 g / 100 g ar gyfer seigiau ffrwythau-yn-unig,

  • — 25 g / 100 g ar gyfer melysfwydydd a phwdinau,

  • — 5 g / 100 g ar gyfer diodydd eraill nad ydynt wedi'u seilio ar laeth.
