Braster

4.2.  Yn achos cynhyrchion a grybwyllwyd ym mharagraff 2 o Ran I, rhaid i'r cynnwys o ran braster beidio â bod yn fwy na nag 1.1 g / 100 kJ (4.5 g / 100 kcal). Os yw'r cynnwys o ran braster yn fwy na 0.8 g / 100 kJ (3.3 g / 100 kcal):

(a)rhaid i gyfanswm yr asid lawrig beidio â bod yn fwy na 15 y cant o gyfanswm y cynnwys o ran braster;

(b)rhaid i gyfanswm yr asid myristig beidio â bod yn fwy na 15 y cant o gyfanswm y cynnwys o ran braster;

(c)rhaid i gyfanswm yr asid linolëig (ar ffurf glyseridau = linoleadau) beidio â bod yn llai na 70 mg / 100 kJ (300 mg / 100 kcal) a pheidio â bod yn fwy na 285 mg / 100 kJ (1200 mg / 100 kcal).
