Rheoliadau Bwydydd Proses sydd wedi'u Seilio ar Rawn a Bwydydd Babanod ar gyfer Babanod a Phlant Ifanc (Cymru) 2004

Gweddillion plaleiddiaid

7.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw fwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn neu unrhyw fwyd babanod beidio â chynnwys —

(a)unrhyw weddill plaleiddiad o blaleiddiad a bennir yn Atodlen 6; na

(b)unrhyw omethoad, pan yw'n fetabolyn plaleiddiad nas pennir yn Atodlen 6, nac unrhyw gynnyrch sy'n deillio o ddiraddiant neu ymadwaith y metabolyn hwnnw,

ar lefel sy'n uwch na 0.003 mg/kg.

(2) Rhaid i unrhyw fwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn neu fwyd babanod beidio â chynnwys unrhyw weddill plaleiddiad o blaleiddiad a bennir yng ngholofn 1 o Atodlen 7 ar lefel uwch na'r lefel a bennir yng ngholofn 2 o'r Atodlen honno mewn perthynas â'r plaleiddiad hwnnw.

(3) Rhaid i unrhyw fwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn neu fwyd babanod beidio â chynnwys unrhyw weddill plaleiddiad o unrhyw blaleiddiad unigol nas pennir yn Atodlen 6 neu golofn 1 Atodlen 7 ar lefel sy'n uwch na 0.01 mg/kg.

(4) Mae'r lefelau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraffau (1) to (3) yn gymwys i'r bwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn neu'r bwyd babanod —

(a)sydd wedi'i weithgynhyrchu fel bwyd sy'n barod i gael ei fwyta, neu

(b)os nad yw wedi'i weithgynhyrchu felly, fel y'i hailansoddiwyd yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau'i weithgynhyrchydd.

(5) Rhaid i'r dulliau dadansoddi ar gyfer penderfynu lefelau gweddillion plaleiddiaid at ddibenion y rheoliad hwn fod yn ddulliau safonedig sydd wedi'u derbyn yn gyffredinol.
