Penderfynu cyrhaeddiad yn ôl pwnc: asesu gan athrawon

5.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i erthygl 6, mae darpariaethau'r erthygl hon yn rheoleiddio agregiad lefelau cyrhaeddiad TC sy'n cael eu penderfynu yn unol ag erthygl 4 er mwyn cyfrifo lefelau cyrhaeddiad mewn pynciau.

(2) Yn achos Saesneg, lefel cyrhaeddiad disgybl yn y pwnc yw cyfartaledd ei lefelau ym mhob TC.

(3) Yn achos Cymraeg, lefel cyrhaeddiad disgybl yn y pwnc yw cyfartaledd ei lefelau ym mhob TC, wedi'i phwysoli â'r ffactorau a ganlyn—

  • TC1 (llafar) 4;

  • TC2 (darllen) 3; a

  • TC3 (ysgrifennu) 3.

(4) Yn achos mathemateg, lefel cyrhaeddiad disgybl yn y pwnc yw cyfartaledd lefelau'r disgybl ym mhob TC ond â'i lefel yn TC2 (Rhif ac algebra) wedi'i phwysoli â ffactor o ddau.

(5) Yn achos gwyddoniaeth, lefel cyrhaeddiad disgybl yn y pwnc yw cyfartaledd lefelau'r disgybl ym mhob TC ond â'i lefel yn TC1 (ymholiad gwyddonol) wedi'i phwysoli â ffactor o ddau.
