Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso

1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol (Trefniadau Asesu Cyfnod Allweddol 2) (Cymru) 2004 a daw i rym ar 10 Tachwedd 2004.

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (3) a (4), mae darpariaethau'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys at ddibenion canfod cyraeddiadau disgyblion sydd ym mlwyddyn olaf yr ail gyfnod allweddol a hynny yn y pynciau Cymraeg, Saesneg, mathemateg a gwyddoniaeth.

(3) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i ysgolion a gynhelir yng Nghymru yn unig.

(4) Nid yw'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys at ddibenion canfod cyraeddiadau disgyblion yn y Gymraeg os yw'r disgyblion hynny yn dilyn y rhaglen astudio o'r enw “Cymraeg Ail Iaith”(1).
