New County boundary
4. The boundary between those parts of the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot and the County of Powys in the area of Cwmtwrch which are shown on the boundary map is to include that shown on the boundary map as “New County Boundary/New Preserved County Boundary” with the result that the area of land shown hatched on the boundary map is to be included in the County of Powys instead of in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot.
