YR ATODLENArbed
1. Ni fydd y diwygiadau a wnaed i Bennod 3 o Ran 5 o Ddeddf Tai 1996 (b) gan adran 13 yn effeithiol mewn perthynas ag —
(a)unrhyw gais am waharddeb o dan adran 152, neu unrhyw gais y mae adran 153 o'r Ddeddf honno'n gymwys iddo, ac a ddyroddwyd cyn y dyddiad cychwyn; neu
(b)unrhyw waharddeb a roddir yn unol â'r cais hwnnw; neu
(c)unrhyw bwer arestio sydd ynghlwm wrth unrhyw ddarpariaeth merwn gwaharddeb; neu
(ch)unrhyw orchymyn llys arall a roddir, neu achos sy'n codi, mewn cysylltiad â'r cais hwnnw neu'r waharddeb honno.
2. Ni fydd y diwygiadau a wnaed i Ddeddf Tai 1985(1) a Deddf Tai 1988(2) gan adran 16 yn effeithiol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw achos meddiannu ty annedd a ddechreuwyd cyn y dyddiad cychwyn.
3. Ni fydd adran 91 yn effeithiol mewn perthynas ag—
(a)unrhyw gais am waharddeb o dan adran 222 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972(3) a ddyroddwyd cyn y dyddiad cychwyn;
(b)unrhyw waharddeb a roddir yn unol â'r cais hwnnw.
