28. At the end of Note 47A(1) add —
“Regulation 8 of the Housing Renewal Grant Regulations 1996 deals with the circumstances in which a person is to be treated as responsible or not responsible for a child or young person.”.
Note 47A was inserted by S.I. 1997/978.
