Name, commencement and application
1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 9th February 2004.
(2) These Regulations apply to applications for grant made on or after 9th February 2004 to local housing authorities in Wales(1).
