Dirymu a darpariaethau trosiannol

3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2) a (3) ac i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys yng Nghymru, dirymir Rheoliadau 1999 (i'r graddau nad ydynt wedi'u dirymu eisoes(1)), Rheoliadau Ariannu Ysgolion a Gynhelir (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2000(2), Rheoliadau Ariannu Ysgolion a Gynhelir (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2001(3), Rheoliadau Ariannu Ysgolion a Gynhelir (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2002(4)) a Rheoliadau Ariannu Ysgolion a Gynhelir (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2003(5) o 1 Ebrill 2005 ymlaen.

(2) Er gwaethaf paragraff (1), caniateir i gyfran cyllideb ysgol gael ei hailbenderfynu o dan Reoliadau 1999, yn y flwyddyn ariannol yn dechrau ar 1 Ebrill 2005, os yw'r ailbenderfyniad hwnnw yn gwneud darpariaeth ar gyfer —

(a)disgyblion a waharddwyd yn barhaol neu a dderbyniwyd ar ôl gwaharddiad parhaol; neu

(b)cywiro gwallau, p'un ai mewn cyfrif neu ddata, o dan unrhyw un o ddarpariaethau Rheoliadau 1999.

(3) Er gwaethaf paragraff (1), mae Rhan IV (Cynlluniau) o Reoliadau 1999 ac Atodlen 5 iddynt yn parhau mewn grym.

Dirymwyd rheoliadau 2, 3 a 5 o Reoliadau 1999, ac Atodlen 2 iddynt, ar 1 Ebrill 2004 gan Reoliadau 2003.
