7.  Ar ôl rheoliad 8 o Reoliadau 2003 mewnosoder —

“ Gwaharddiadau — safon y prawf

8A.  Os yw'n fater —

(a)i'r pennaeth, wrth arfer pŵer a roddwyd gan adran 52(1) o Ddeddf 2002,

(b)i'r corff llywodraethu, wrth arfer swyddogaethau o dan reoliad 6, neu

(c)i banel apêl a ffurfiwyd yn unol â pharagraff 2 o'r Atodlen, wrth arfer swyddogaethau o dan reoliad 7,

i sefydlu unrhyw ffaith, rhaid penderfynu a gafodd y ffaith ei sefydlu yn ôl pwysau tebygolrwydd.”.
