5. Ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2 (dehongli) o Reoliadau Bwyd (Cnau Pistasio o Iran) (Rheolaeth Frys) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2003(1) yn lle'r diffiniad o “Penderfyniad y Comisiwn” rhodder y diffiniad canlynol —
“ystyr “Penderfyniad y Comisiwn” (“the Commission Decision”) yw Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 97/830/EC sy'n diddymu Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 97/613/EC ac sy'n gosod amodau arbennig ar fewnforio cnau pistasio a chynhyrchion penodol sy'n deillio o gnau pistasio sy'n tarddu o Iran neu a draddodir oddi yno(2) fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 1998/400/EC(3)), Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 2000/238/EC(4), Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 2003/551/EC(5)) a Phenderfyniad y Comisiwn 2004/429/EC sy'n diwygio Penderfyniadau 97/830/ EC, 2000/49/EC, 2002/79/EC a 2002/80/EC o ran yr unig bwyntiau mynediad y caniateir mewnforio drwyddynt i'r Gymuned y cynhyrchion dan sylw(6);”.
