Newid ar amser dechrau crynoadau anifeiliaid at ddibenion gwerthu

9.—(1) Yn achos crynhoad anifeiliaid a gynhelir at ddibenion gwerthiant (boed y gwerthiant yn unig ddiben neu beidio) ar fangre ag ardal i anifeiliaid wedi'i phalmantu caiff y trwyddedai newid yr amser dechrau am ganol dydd, drwy o leiaf ddwy wythnos ymlaen llaw—

(a)hysbysu Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn ogystal â'r awdurdod lleol o ddyddiad ac amser dechrau a diweddu y crynhoad anifeiliaid; a

(b)rhoi cyhoeddusrwydd i'r crynhoad anifeiliaid fel y bydd y sawl sy'n dod ag anifeiliaid yno yn cael gwybod am yr amser dechrau a diweddu newydd.

(2) Os yw'r crynhoad anifeiliaid yn un sy'n digwydd ar sail reolaidd, gall yr hysbysiad a'r cyhoeddusrwydd fod ar gyfer cyfres o grynoadau anifeiliaid.
