4.  Nid yw'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys os —

(a)yr un person sy'n berchen ar bob anifail y daethpwyd ag ef i'r crynhoad;

(b)bydd yr anifeiliaid i gyd yn dod o un set o fangreoedd y mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi ei awdurdodi fel grwp meddiannaeth unigol o dan Orchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Cymru) 2003 (1); ac

(c)bydd y crynhoad anifeiliaid yn digwydd ar fangre y mae perchennog yr anifeiliaid yn berchen arni neu yn ei meddiannu.
