Cyfyngiadau yn sgil crynhoad anifeiliaid

12.—(1) Mae darpariaethau'r erthygl hon yn gymwys unwaith y bydd yr anifail olaf mewn crynhoad anifeiliaid wedi gadael y fangre drwyddedig.

(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson ganiatáu i anifeiliaid fynd ar y fangre drwyddedig hyd nes bydd pob cyfarpar y daeth yr anifeiliaid i gyffyrddiad ag ef wedi'i lanhau fel nad oes arno arwyddion gweledol ei fod wedi ei halogi.

(3) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson symud o'r fangre drwyddedig unrhyw gyfarpar y daeth anifeiliaid mewn crynhoad anifeiliaid i gyffyrddiad ag ef —

(a)onid yw'r halogion gweladwy wedi eu glanhau oddi ar y cyfarpar ac os nad yw cyfnod 27 diwrnod wedi dod i ben ers i'r anifail olaf mewn crynhoad anifeiliaid adael y fangre drwyddedig; neu

(b)oni chafodd y cyfarpar ei ysgubo a'i grafu'n lân, ei lanhau drwy ei olchi a'i ddiheintio â diheintydd a gymeradwywyd.
