The National Assembly for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 133, 134, 145 and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002(1) hereby makes the following Regulations:

2002 c. 32. “Regulations” means regulations made by the National Assembly for Wales (see section 212(1)).
