Penodi is-gadeirydd
7.—(1) Os na phenodwyd is-gadeirydd gan y Cynulliad, yna, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), caiff yr aelodau benodi un o'u plith yn is-gadeirydd am gyfnod nad yw'n hirach na'i gyfnod gwreiddiol yn aelod, yn ôl yr hyn a bennir ganddynt.
(2) Caiff unrhyw aelod a benodwyd yn y modd hwnnw ymddiswyddo o swydd is-gadeirydd drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i'r cadeirydd.
(3) Rhaid i aelod sy'n ymddiswyddo yn unol â pharagraff (2) anfon copi o'r hysbysiad ysgrifenedig at y Cynulliad.
(4) Y dyddiad y bydd ymddiswyddiad yn unol â pharagraff (2) yn effeithiol fydd—
(a)os pennwyd dyddiad yn yr hysbysiad fel y dyddiad y bydd yr ymddiswyddiad yn effeithiol, yna'r dyddiad hwnnw; a
(b)yn unrhyw achos arall, y dyddiad pan ddaw'r hysbysiad i law'r cadeirydd.
