RHAN IDEHONGLI

1.  Yn yr Atodlen hon —

ystyr “y flwyddyn ysgol gyfredol” (“the current school year”) yw'r flwyddyn ysgol y cyhoeddir y cynigion ynddi;

ystyr “arholiadau TAG Safon Uwch” (“GCE “A” level examinations”) ac “arholiadau TAG Uwch Gyfrannol” (“GCE “AS” examinations”) yw arholiadau Tystysgrif Addysg Gyffredinol Safon Uwch ac arholiadau Tystysgrif Addysg Gyffredinol Uwch Gyfrannol yn eu trefn;

ystyr “TGAU” (“GCSE”) yw Tystysgrif Gyffredinol Addysg Uwchradd;

ystyr “GNVQ” (“GNVQ”) yw Cymhwyster Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol Cyffredinol;

ystyr “NVQ” (“NVQ”) yw Cymhwyster Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol;

“y radiws perthnasol” (“the relevant radius”) yw radiws o 4.828032 cilometr (tair milltir); a

mae i “rhif safonol perthnasol” yr ystyr a roddir i “relevant standard number” gan adran 84(6) o Ddeddf 1998.
