The National Assembly for Wales (“the National Assembly”), in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 59, 69, 74, 78 and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 19901, and now exercisable by the National Assembly in relation to Wales2, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
