Rheoliad 5(2)(b)

ATODLEN 3CYNHWYSION YCHWANEGOL NAD OES ANGEN EU DYNODI YN ENW'R BWYD MEWN ACHOS CYNNYRCH CIG Y MAE RHEOLIAD 5 YN GYMWYS IDDO

1.  Unrhyw ychwanegyn.

2.  Unrhyw halen halltu.

3.  Unrhyw gynhwysyn a ddefnyddiwyd yn unig fel garnis neu gaenen addurnol.

4.  Unrhyw gynhwysyn (nad yw'n ychwanegyn) a ychwanegir yn unig er mwyn rhoi arogl neu flas neu'r ddau.

5.  Unrhyw halen, perlysieuyn neu sbeis a ddefnyddir fel sesnin.

6.  Unrhyw startsh a ychwanegir at ddiben technolegol yn unig.

7.  Unrhyw brotein (naill ai'n deillio o anifeiliaid neu o lysiau) a ychwanegir at ddiben technolegol yn unig.

8.  Unrhyw siwgr a ychwanegir yn unig er mwyn rhoi blas melys.

9.  Yn achos cig (boed wedi'i goginio neu heb ei goginio) neu gig wedi'i halltu wedi'i goginio, dwr ychwanegol nad yw'n ffurfio dim mwy na 5% o bwysau'r cynnyrch.

10.  Yn achos cig wedi'i halltu heb ei goginio, dwr ychwanegol nad yw'n ffurfio dim mwy na 10% o bwysau'r cynnyrch.

  • At ddibenion eitem 1 o'r Atodlen hon, ystyr “ychwanegyn” yw unrhyw sylwedd a ganiateir ar gyfer ei ddefnyddio mewn bwyd gan Reoliadau lliwiau mewn Bwyd 1995(1), Rheoliadau Cyflasynnau mewn Bwyd 1992(2), Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995(3) neu Reoliadau Melysyddion mewn Bwyd 1995(4)).

  • At ddibenion eitemau 6 a 7 o'r Atodlen hon, ystyr “diben technolegol” yw unrhyw ddiben o fewn ystyr “technological purposes” ym mhwynt 4 o Bennod V o Atodiad B i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 77/99/EEC ar broblemau iechyd sy'n effeithio ar fasnach ryng-gymunedol mewn cynhyrchion cig, fel y'i diwygiwyd a'i diweddaru gan Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/5/EEC(5) ac fel y'i diwygiwyd ymhellach gan Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 97/76/EC(6).
