Cosbau a gorfodi

7.—(1) Bydd unrhyw berson sy'n torri rheoliad 4 neu 5(2) neu 6(1) o'r Rheoliadau hyn neu'n methu cydymffurfio â hwy yn euog o dramgwydd a bydd yn agored o'i gollfarnu'n ddiannod i ddirwy heb fod yn fwy na lefel 5 ar y raddfa safonol.

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3) rhaid i bob awdurdod bwyd or fodi a gweithredu'r Rheoliadau hyn yn ei ardal.

(3) Rhaid i bob awdurdod iechyd porthladd orfodi a gweithredu'r Rheoliadau hyn yn ei ardal mewn perthynas â bwyd a fewnforir i Gymru o'r tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig.
