Enw'r bwyd ar gyfer cynhyrchion cig penodol

5.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (3) a (4), os bydd unrhyw berson yn gwerthu unrhyw gynnyrch cig sy'n ymddangos yn ddarn, rhan, tafell, cyfran neu garcas o gig neu o gig wedi'i halltu (ac ym mhob achos, boed wedi'i goginio neu heb ei goginio), bydd y rheoliad hwn yn gymwys.

(2) At ddibenion Rheoliadau Labelu Bwyd 1996, rhaid i'r enw a ddefnyddir fel enw'r bwyd wrth labelu unrhyw gynnyrch cig y mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys iddo gynnwys rhywbeth i ddynodi —

(a)unrhyw gynhwysyn ychwanegol sy'n deillio o anifeiliaid, onid yw'r cynnyrch cig yn cynnwys cig o'r rhywogaeth y deilliodd y cynhwysyn ychwanegol hwnnw ohono; a

(b)unrhyw gynhwysyn ychwanegol nad yw is-baragraff (a) yn gymwys iddo heblaw cynhwysyn a bennir yn Atodlen 3.

(3) At ddibenion paragraff (1), ni chymerir i ystyriaeth bresenoldeb unrhyw sesno, garnisio neu sylweddau gelatin sydd yn neu ar y cynnyrch cig, neu unrhyw ddeunyddiau pecynnu am gynnyrch cig.

(4) Ni fydd y rheoliad hwn yn gymwys lle defnyddir enw fel enw'r bwyd sy'n enw sy'n ymddangos yng ngholofn 1 o Atodlen 2 boed wedi ei oleddfu gan eiriau eraill neu beidio neu i fwyd yr ymddengys ei fod yn friwgig heb ei goginio a gafodd ei siapio.
