Drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan baragraff 4 o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf Daliadau Amaethyddol 1986(1), ac a freiniwyd ynddo bellach(2), mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru drwy hyn yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:—

Yn rhinwedd Gorchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672), trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau'r Gweinidog (a ddiffiniwyd yn adran 96(1) o'r Ddeddf fel yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol mewn perthynas â Chymru) o dan baragraff 4 o Atodlen 6 o Ddeddf Daliadau Amaethyddol 1986, i'r graddau y maent yn arferadwy mewn perthynas â Chymru, i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
