SCHEDULE 1 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The National Health Service (Pilot Schemes – Health Service Bodies) Regulations 1997

20.—(1) In the National Health Service (Pilot Schemes – Health Service Bodies) Regulations 1997(1), in regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and application), in the definition of “application” omit “personal medical services or”.

(2) The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1) does not extend to Scotland.
