Interpretation

3.  In these Regulations —

“the 1993 Act” (“Deddf 1993”) means the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993;

“the specified premises” (“y tir a'r adeiladau penodol”) has the same meaning as in section 13(12)(a) of the 1993 Act.
