Amendment of Section 101(1) of the Education Act 2002

2.—(1) Section 101(1) of the Education Act 2002 is amended as follows.

(2) After paragraph (b) insert —

“(ba) provision for personal and social education for all registered pupils at the school who are of compulsory school age,”.

(3) After paragraph (ba) (inserted by paragraph (2)) insert —

“(bb) provision for work-related education for all registered pupils at the school during the fourth key stage,”.
