Amendment of Section 101(1) of the Education Act 20022

Section 101(1) of the Education Act 2002 is amended as follows.

After paragraph (b) insert —
ba
provision for personal and social education for all registered pupils at the school who are of compulsory school age,

After paragraph (ba) (inserted by paragraph (2)) insert —
bb
provision for work-related education for all registered pupils at the school during the fourth key stage,
