Amendment of Regulations

2.  In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1 April 2003, Regulation 3 of the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) (Wales) Regulations 2000(1) is amended—

(a) by the omission of paragraph (d); and

(b) by the addition, at the end, of—

“(j) The Local Authorities Co-ordinators of Regulatory Services”.
