Name, commencement, application and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Tir Gofal (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 7th March 2003.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) “The principal Regulations” means the Land in Care Scheme (Tir Gofal) (Wales) Regulations 1999(1).
