Amendment of Schedule 1 (Producers)
9. In Schedule 1—
(a)for paragraph 3(a) substitute
“(a)his turnover in the last financial year in respect of which audited accounts are available before the relevant date was more than £2,000,000; and”; and
(b)in paragraph 4(1)(c)—
(i)for sub-paragraph (i) substitute—
“7th April in the obligation year; or”; and
(ii)omit sub-paragraph (ii).
