Cancellation of authorisation8
A food authority shall cancel an authorisation under regulation 4 or 5 —
a
at the request of the proprietor of the business in relation to which the premises are authorised; or
b
if the food authority is satisfied that the business carried on at the premises is no longer being carried on there.
