Disgrifiadau neilltuedig

4.  Ni chaiff neb werthu bwyd gyda label, boed honno wedi ei glynu wrth y deunydd lapio neu'r cynhwysydd ai peidio, neu wedi ei hargraffu arno, os yw'n dangos neu'n cynnwys unrhyw ddisgrifiad neilltuedig neu unrhyw ymadrodd sy'n deillio ohono, neu unrhyw air neu ddisgrifiad sy'n sylweddol debyg iddo heblaw—

(a)mai'r cynnyrch siwgr penodedig y mae'r disgrifiad yn ymwneud ag ef yw'r bwyd hwnnw;

(b)bod y disgrifiad, yr ymadrodd sy'n deillio ohono, neu'r gair, yn cael ei ddefnyddio mewn cyd-destun sy'n dangos yn ddiamwys neu'n awgrymu yn eglur mai dim ond cynhwysyn yn y bwyd hwnnw yw'r sylwedd y mae'n cyfeirio ato;

(c)bod y disgrifiad, yr ymadrodd sy'n deillio ohono, neu'r gair, yn cael ei ddefnyddio mewn cyd-destun sy'n dangos yn ddiamwys neu'n awgrymu yn eglur nad cynnyrch siwgr penodedig mo'r bwyd hwnnw, ac nad yw'n cynnwys dim ohono; neu

(ch)bod y disgrifiad, yr ymadrodd sy'n deillio ohono, neu'r gair yn cael ei ddefnyddio yn enw arferol ar gynnyrch bwyd arall ac nad yw'n debygol o gamarwain y defnyddiwr.
