Dirymu a diwygio canlyniadol

10.—(1) Dirymir y Rheoliadau canlynol drwy hyn (i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru):

(a)Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Siwgr Penodedig 1976(1);

(b)Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Siwgr Penodedig (Diwygio) 1982(2).

(2) Yn Rheoliadau 1996 (i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru)—

(a)hepgorir is-baragraff (a) yn rheoliad 4(2) (cwmpas Rhan II);

(b)hepgorir paragraff (2) yn rheoliad 49 (dirymu a diwygio);

(c)yn Atodlen 3 (enwau generig mewn rhestr o gynhwysion) mewnosodir yng ngholofn 3 (amodau defnyddio'r enw generig) o'r darn sy'n ymwneud â surop glwcos y geiriau canlynol—

  • “The generic name may not be used where the glucose syrup contains fructose in a proportion of greater than 5% on a dry matter basis”.

(3) Hepgorir y darnau canlynol sy'n ymwneud â Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Siwgr Penodedig 1976 yn narpariaethau'r Rheoliadau a nodir isod, i'r graddau y mae'r Rheoliadau'n gymwys i Gymru—

(a)yn Rheoliadau Bwyd (Adolygu Cosbau) 1982(3), yn Atodlen 1;

(b)yn Rheoliadau Bwyd (Adolygu Cosbau) 1985(4)), yn yr Atodlen, Rhan I;

(c)yng Ngorchymyn Deddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990 (Addasiadau Canlyniadol) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1990(5), yn Atodlen 1, Rhan I, Atodlen 2, Atodlen 3, Rhan I ac Atodlenni 6 a 12;

(ch)yn Rheoliadau Diogelwch Bwyd (Allforio) 1991(6), yn Atodlen 1, Rhan I;

(d)yn Rheoliadau Bwyd (Eithriadau'r Lluoedd) (Dirymu) 1992(7), yn yr Atodlen, Rhan I;

(dd)yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995(8), yn Atodlen 9;

(e)yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol (Diwygio) 1999(9)), yn rheoliad 14(1);

(f)yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2002(10), yn rheoliad 9(2).

(4) Yn Rheoliadau Lliwiau mewn Bwyd 1995(11)), i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru, hepgorir paragraff (2) yn rheoliad 12.

(5) Yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995, i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru—

(a)hepgorir paragraff (4) yn rheoliad 10;

(b)yng ngholofn 1 o Atodlen 2, yn lle'r cyfeiriad at “Directive 73/437/EEC” rhoddir cyfeiriad at “Directive 2001/111/EC”.

(6) Yn Rheoliadau Echdynion Coffi ac Echdynion Sicori (Cymru) 2001(12), yn rheoliad 5(1)(c), yn lle'r cyfeiriad at Reoliadau Cynhyrchion Siwgr Penodedig 1976 rhoddir cyfeiriad at Reoliadau Cynhyrchion Siwgr Penodedig (Cymru) 2003.
