Diwygio a dirymu

10.—(1) (a) yn Rheoliadau Lliwiau mewn Bwyd 1995(1) (i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru), yn eitem 17 o Atodlen 2, yn lle'r geiriau “Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geiriau “Council Directive 2001/112/EC”;

(b)yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995(2) (i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru), yn Atodlen 7 —

(i)yn lle'r geiriau “Fruit juices and nectars as defined in Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geiriau “Fruit juices and nectars as defined in Council Directive 2001/112/EC”;

(ii)yn lle'r geiriau “Pineapple juice as defined in Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geirau “Pineapple juice as defined in Council Directive 2001/112/EC”;

(iii)yn lle'r geiriau “Nectars as defined in Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geiriau “Nectars as defined in Council Directive 2001/112/EC”;

(iv)yn lle'r geiriau “Grape juice as defined in Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geiriau “Grape juice as defined in Council Directive 2001/112/EC”;

(v)yn lle'r geiriau “Fruit juices as defined in Directive 93/77/EEC” rhodder y geiriau “Fruit juices as defined in Council Directive 2001/112/EC”.

(2) Yn narpariaethau'r Rheoliadau a bennir ym mharagraff (3) (ym mhob achos i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru) dileer y cofnodion sy'n ymwneud â Rheoliadau Suddoedd Ffrwythau a Suddoedd Neithdar 1977(3).

(3) Dyma'r darpariaethau —

(a)Atodlen 1 i Reoliadau Bwyd (Adolygu Cosbau) 1982(4);.

(b)Rhan I o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau Bwyd (Adolygu Cosbau) 1985(5);

(c)Rhan I o Atodlen 1, Atodlen 2, Rhan I o Atodlen 3, Atodlen 6 ac Atodlen 12 i Orchymyn Deddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990 (Darpariaethau Canlyniadol) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1990(6));

(ch)Rhan I o Atodlen 1 i Reoliadau Diogelwch Bwyd (Allforion) 1991(7);

(d)Rhan I o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau Bwyd (Esemptiadau'r Lluoedd) (Dirymu) 1992(8)); ac

(dd)Atodlen 9 i Reoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995(9).

(4) Dirymir y Rheoliadau canlynol drwy hyn (i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru) —

(a)Rheoliadau Suddoedd Ffrwythau a Neithdarau Ffrwythau 1977;

(b)Rheoliadau Suddoedd Ffrwythau a Neithdarau Ffrwythau (Diwygio) 1982(10);

(c)Rheoliadau Suddoedd Ffrwythau a Neithdarau Ffrwythau (Cymru, Lloegr a'r Alban) (Diwygio) 1991(11));

(ch)Rheoliadau Suddoedd Ffrwythau a Neithdarau Ffrwythau (Cymru, Lloegr a'r Alban) (Diwygio) 1995(12).
